Crop producers, landowners and commercial agricultural business people can get the latest crop production updates from Purdue and Ohio State Extension specialists and educators during a one-day workshop in central Indiana. Purdue Extension's annual Crop Production Clinic will be Dec. 11 at the 4-H fairgrounds, 512 E. Fourth St., Alexandria.
John Orick, Purdue Extension educator in Madison County and event organizer, said
the program is private applicator-approved and that he will be requesting continuing certification and education credits for crop advisers and pesticide applicators. There is no charge for the program unless an applicator or adviser wishes to obtain credit. They must pay the standard $10 fee and attend the entire program. Registration in advance is preferred by Dec. 7. Lunch is included
