Description

The GAPs training webinar program will teach best practices for production and post-harvest topics for all growers of fresh produce including water testing, animal and manure management, recordkeeping and traceability systems and good hygiene. Growers are responsible for producing a safe product that is free from microbial contamination and buyers of fresh produce are asking about the on-farm safety practices of farmers. This program will provide a certificate of attendance for those that register and pay for the program and attend all three sessions.
