Responsibilities:
• Organized networking socials, mock interviews, guest speakers, and seminars for students with industry professionals to enhance student’s professional development skills and career understanding
• Advised the Purdue Dairy club, providing guidance for students during events and meetings
• Gathered and tracked data of ~120 graduating seniors to determine percentages of students who experienced a transformational experience during college
• Enhanced and developed a job posting webpage, posting new internship, research, full and part-time positions for students in a timely manner, enhancing job visibility and applications for employers
• Communicated weekly with students via newsletters, sharing information about campus and department events, job postings, and career tips
• Guided ~130 undergraduate students in the areas of class exploration, conflict management, career exploration and academic concerns
• Met with prospective and accepted students and families, enhancing college visit experiences and academic planning
