Credit for Sponsorship
If a company or organization provides a grant for a Purdue Extension publication, it is appropriate to include a sponsorship credit statement. Here are some examples of sponsorship credit statements:

We thank [company name] for sponsoring the printing of this publication.
This publication was partially funded by [company name].
Financial support for printing and distribution of this material was provided by [company name].
An acknowledgment of NIFA support and the grant award number must appear in the publication of any material that is based upon or developed under a NIFA grant. Here is an example of how it could be done:
"This material is based upon work supported by the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, U.S. Department of Agriculture, under Agreement No. [enter the applicable grant award number here]."
Be sure to review the terms and conditions for your respective award (which differ somewhat depending on the institution receiving the award). Terms and conditions are available from the NIFA website. These are also included in the RFA each year. If you are not certain which version applies in your case, contact NIFA.
