Ag Answers is an online news service that provides timely agricultural problem-solving advice, strategies and reminders to help Indiana and Ohio farmers better manage their crops, livestock and market decisions. Updated twice each week, Ag Answers is the electronic source for research-based, farm production information provided by Cooperative Extension Service specialists. Ag Answers is a collaborative effort of the Agricultural Communication Service at Purdue and the Section of Communications and Technology at Ohio State University. Purdue Agriculture Connections is published twice a year for the Purdue Agricultural Alumni Association. The primary audience is Purdue agricultural alumni, although the newspaper is distributed to faculty and staff, and Indiana agricultural leaders. Connections emphasizes issues, research, teaching and Extension activities relating to the College of Agriculture, as well as alumni news. The magazine Agricultures communicates the breadth and depth of land-grant research, Extension and teaching through science feature articles and shorter news briefs. Produced three times a year, the main goals of the publication are to increase science literacy among the general public; to communicate science to a broader group of people; and to demonstrate the value of science and education to government and opinion leaders. The readership includes national, state and local leaders; the agriculture, food and natural resources industry; and citizens of Indiana. Its circulation is approximately 20,000.
