To e and Beyond

How many vegetables?
Do you eat that many fruits?
What are grains?
Can chocolate milk be a dairy serving?
And fish, poultry and meat are protein – right?

Join Max and Munch as they find the answers to these questions and more through their exploration of the world of MyPlate, simple guidelines for healthy eating put out by the USDA in 2011. MyPlate offers a tasty new way to think about breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Max and Munch are happy to hop on board for a fun-filled ride!
