The FCS will validate / inspect the claims submitted under the Client’s marketing program through Client’s
agronomy partners and other legitimate sources. The FCS will do this by visiting retailers to validate grower claims, possibly walking
fields to verify field size and symptoms, verifying product purchases, documenting the product, crop loss, and other valid claim
reasons, or making the determination to escalate the claim to the local Client sales representative. The FCS will visit agricultural
chemical retailers to gather, document, and capture grower claims details and review the grower purchase records.
The FCS will be provided a laptop computer for the duration of the project. The FCS will respond to all claims-verification requests in
a timely manner via the Client’s computer system. Additionally, in a database accessed via the Direct Contact, Inc. (“DCI”) Web site,
the FCS will record a number of key statistics regarding the FCS’ claims activities which will include but not necessarily be limited to
the number of hours worked each day, the number of claims responded to and how many claims involved an actual on-farm visit. The
FCS is expected to visit as many client-customers as necessary on an in-person basis. The FCS will also submit a weekly expense
report to DCI.
