Public Relations Management Supervisor – St. Louis, Mo
The Management Supervisor leads PR efforts and provides strategic public relations counsel to the client. This includes informing/educating or preconditioning the marketplace for the client’s product or service and contributes toward integrated marketing communications. The major areas of emphasis include leading the PR effort in product publicity, media relations, reputation management, executive training, issues/crises management and special events. This position interacts on a day-to-day basis with the client and provides leadership for the team and is a resource to team members.
Osborn & Barr is looking for an individual with exceptional experience in public relations strategy. The ideal candidate will have ten years experience in an advertising or public relations agency, and enthusiasm for the agriculture industry.
Public Relations Assistant Account Executive – Kansas City, Mo
Great opportunity for a December or recent graduate!
Osborn & Barr is looking for a resourceful and creative individual with exceptional experience in public relations writing and media relations. The Assistant Account Executive is also responsible for the coordination of client projects to position client issues, products, brands and services in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have one to two years experience in public relations, and enthusiasm for the agriculture and animal health industries.
This position will be working within the agency’s crop focused and animal health practice groups.
Account Director – St. Louis, Mo
The Account Director drives the development of the agency’s recommendations for the advertising / campaign to be used and the creative approach to be taken for our clients. This individual will develop advertising in accordance with client’s objectives and budget limitations. Writing strategies for specific programs and the overall brand, as well as initiating planning that will lead to the execution of advertising activities for clients are also key roles for this position. The Account Director will consult with creative, media, production, and research staffs to be certain client objectives are clearly understood and then to develop alternative strategic solutions. The position is also responsible for developing and mentoring junior staff.
We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional experience in marketing, account leadership, and agriculture communications. The ideal candidate will have seven to ten years experience in advertising and solid agriculture knowledge. This individual will be working within the agency’s largest practice group on the agency’s largest client. Knowledge or experience in crop agriculture is desired.
Associate Creative Director (Copywriter) – Kansas City, Mo
The Associate Creative Director leads the daily efforts of creative teams in development and execution of creative product for agency clients while maintaining high quality standards. This individual provides copywriting and broadcast production on specific projects. Participation in client presentations and new business efforts is also a necessity for this role. Typical areas of measurement would include the quality and timeliness of the creative product, and the overall satisfaction level of agency clients with our work.
This position will be held in Osborn & Barr’s Kansas City, Missouri location working within our animal science and crop focused practice groups. Experience or knowledge of the agriculture or animal health industries is preferred.
