In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze agriculture industry trends and agriculture company financials under the direction of the Chemicals and Agriculture Senior analyst.  You will build and maintain financial models and industry databases insuring correct and up-to-date information for research reports that are distributed to internal/external clients. You will also review business and trade publications, annual reports, financial filings and other sources in order to gather, synthesize and interpret data on companies followed by the Senior analyst.  You will be responsible for writing and publishing research reports as well as communicating recommendations to sales, trading and clients.  In addition, you will help develop marketing materials for clients, meet with management teams of companies and attend industry conferences where appropriate.
 
Basic Qualifications:
·         Bachelor degree with strong GPA
·         2+ years  work experience in agriculture/farming
·         Excel and modeling knowledge
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·         BA/Advanced degree in an Agriculture field

·         Farming background

·         Agriculture work experience
1.       Seed Breeding
2.       Seed Sales
3.       Agchem Sales
4.       Industrial Farming
·         Ability to speak Portuguese or Chinese
·         MBA
·         Finance or Strategy work experience
·         Analytical and financial modeling skills
·         Passion for hard work
