Logistics Specialists/Account Managers (As a Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for the solicitation of business from new and existing customers to build business volume according to plan. You will evaluate customers’ transportation requirements: existing service, mode, lanes, budget, etc., and propose a custom transportation solution from Nolan Transportation Group product offerings.)
 
Carrier Operations Specialists (As a Carrier Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the daily operating tasks of new and existing business. The Carrier Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing shipments and assisting in the growth and development of their office. Day to day activities will revolve around negotiating daily freight rates with carriers and maintaining dispatch and driver information on all shipments.)

Centralized Carrier Operations Specialists (As a Centralized Capacity Representative, you will be responsible for building profitable, long-lasting relationships with all carrier partners, working directly with the sales teams in every office, and coordinating transactions between both. Day to day activities will revolve around “selling” NTG shipments to new and existing carriers and building a network of carrier relationships countrywide.)
 
Accounts Payable (As an Accounts Payable Billing Analyst you will be responsible for invoicing customers daily and monitoring, proofing, and processing incoming documentation with attention to detail in the prevention of fraudulent activity. Day to day activities will revolve around coordinating and maintaining records for invoices, proof of deliveries, and load documentation.)
 
Accounts Receivable (As an Accounts Receivable Analyst you will be responsible for growing and sustaining our business primarily through handling collections and receivables from clients. Day to day activities will revolve around monitoring existing accounts, building relationships with our clients and customers, and working closely with all other employees on the team in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives.)
 
LTL Sales (As an LTL Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) division at NTG. The position includes overseeing the quoting process for all NTG branches, coordinating directly with our LTL partner carriers, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall efficiency of the department.)
