The Indiana Agricultural Law Foundation will host the 7th installment of the Estate & Succession Planning for the Family Farm via Zoom conference July 21 - 23. The program will take place over three days, with different presentations scheduled for each day. Each presentation will be 60 minutes, and participants will have ample time to ask questions. There is no cost to attend. You must register for each presentation you would like to attend. Registration deadline is July 17, 2020.

Discussion of the Agricultural Provisions in the CARES Act (Previously recorded on April 15th)

The CARES Act was passed in response to the coronavirus. This session will be a dialogue with Representative Roger Marshall regarding the agricultural provisions in the CARES Act.
