I am Jordan Michel, a senior double majoring in Agricultural Sales and Marketing and Agronomy: Crop and Soil Management with a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from North Manchester, Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>This summer I had the opportunity to combine both majors through an internship with John Deere in Des Moines, Iowa with their Intelligent Solutions Group (John Deere&#8217;s Precision Ag Division). While a little nervous to move away for the summer as I had never had an internship outside of Indiana, I was so excited for this amazing opportunity to combine so many of my passions!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>During my summer I primarily worked on the product launch for <em>Manure Constituent Sensing, <\/em>a product that generates an as-applied map for liquid manure applications.
