At Purdue, we\u2019re fortunate to have a lot of beautiful outdoor areas around campus to enjoy after being stuck inside all winter. Happy Hollow Park and Horticulture Park are two great areas to explore when you need to take a break from studying or the fluorescent lights in Lilly Hall (plants aren\u2019t the only organisms that should be getting sunlight!) These parks are both within walking distance of campus\u2014in fact, Horticulture Park is less than 10 minutes away from Lilly! If you have the opportunity to venture off campus, the Celery Bog Nature Area is another great spot to enjoy the outdoors and learn about West Lafayette wildlife at the Lilly Nature Center found there.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As the weather starts to get warmer, being outside around campus becomes a lot more enjoyable.
