The College of Agriculture hosts a large career fair in October and that is a perfect place to meet companies and potentially get an offer for an internship. This past summer I worked for The Anderson\u2019s Inc. in Galveston, IN as an Agronomic Sales Intern. As an intern I was able to learn about a company and what they had to offer growers and I was able to develop communication skills and my knowledge about their products. Internships are a wonderful way for people to find a profession that best fits them, and it gives them an opportunity to expand their network. I was able to do both while working for The Andersons and since I was in an unfamiliar location therefore, I had to learn the terrain and the grower\u2019s operation specifics.
