There are so many classes that students do not know about, and I always suggest to students to find other classes that are outside their realm of expertise. This semester, I am taking a class called EAPS 106, Geosciences in the Cinema. I do not know anything about natural disasters and this class will not help me in my track to be a plant geneticist. But, this class has been so interesting and the professor is one of the kindest that I have ever met. Another class that I absolutely loved was Weed Science. I was able to learn a lot about weed science at a high level, which was so exciting after learning some of the basics at my internship over the summer.
