Dr. Joan Fulton joined the Purdue Agricultural Economics faculty in 1997 after completing her PhD at the University of Minnesota. She teaches a senior level undergraduate marketing course as well as the advanced quantitative methods course in the MS/MBA program. Her research focuses on problems related to marketing and business structure both in the United States and internationally.
Dr. Nathan Mosier is an Associate Professor in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue University. He has 15 years of experience in research related to biofuels and bioprocessing technology. He holds the Indiana Soybean Alliance Endowed Chair in Soybean Utilization. He also teaches a course on biological thermodynamics and a course on process engineering of renewable resources.

Dr. Bernard Tao received his PhD from Iowa State University in 2008 and is a Professor in Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue University. His research involvesbiocatalysis and the use of recombinant genetic mutagenesis to modify carbohydrate enzymes and biochemical conversion of natural materials, such as soybeans, to make industrial products.
