National Weather Service Station Data

A National Weather Service Station (Farmland 5NNW) has been located at the Davis Purdue Ag Center since the 1960s.  National Weather Service data from past weather stations around Farmland, IN has also been compiled so that DPAC has weather records that go back to 1901.  Weather data is recorded at 8 am each day and includes air temperature, rain fall, snow fall, 4 inch sod soil temperatures, 4 inch bare soil temperatures, 8 inch bare soil temperatures and 20 inch bare soil temperatures.  During the growing season data is also recorded daily from an evaporation pan.

All data is in a downloadable PDF format.
