A free tutoring program to help students in first-year courses in Biology, Chemistry and Math. COSINE offers evening tutoring right in your own backyard. Our goal is to help you develop problem-solving skills needed to do your homework. Please visit one of our locations for assistance.

MANRRS (Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences) – dedicated to the “…inclusion, achievement, and advancement of all people in the agricultural sciences”
An organization open to anyone with a vital interest in promoting diversity in agriculture, natural resources and related sciences, MANRRS-Purdue, pledges “to work for the inclusion, achievement, and advancement of all people in the agricultural sciences.” Will host a 3-hour study table each week using graduate students as tutors for chemistry, calculus, and English. Study tables are open to all students in the College of Agriculture, and snacks will be provided.

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is offered for many challenging introductory courses. Hours and locations vary by course.
Supplemental Instruction is:
weekly study sessions led by a peer who has successfully taken the course
an informal study group where it's ok to make a mistake
a place to share study tips
a way to grasp tough material and break it down into understandable segments
a way to save time, money and frustration
Women in Engineering/Women in Science Tutoring Program
WIEP-WISP tutoring is available in the Shreve Hall conference room (C124) and collaborative spaces. FREE tutoring for 100 and 200-level science and math courses. Hours are:
