Originally from southeastern Brazil, he received his B.S. in Agronomy from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture (ESALQ-USP), Brazil, in 2023. In May 2026, he completed his M.S. in Weed Science at Purdue University under the guidance of Dr. Bill Johnson. His master&#8217;s research focused on weed management and residual herbicide persistence in early planted soybean. His Ph.D. research focuses on the soil persistence of novel a residual herbicide, as well as herbicides recently introduced to the U.S. soybean and corn markets.
