Jon Schoonmaker
Research Interests:
Dr. Schoonmaker specializes in beef cow/calf and feedlot nutrition, growth, and development. Dr. Schoonmaker's research focuses on nutritional influences on growth and development, specifically how energy source, protein source, vitamins, and minerals impact muscle and fat development in developing (fetal and neonatal), growing, and finishing cattle.
