Welcome to NRES! I look forward to welcoming you to campus this fall, where I will see you in our AGR 122 Introduction to Natural Resources and Environmental Science. In the meantime, I have prepared a quick overview of the NRES program for you to think about as you are preparing for your fall registration, and I hope to see you at our online Q and A session on June 7th. Together, let’s get ready to make the Earth a better place! Watch this brief video giving an overview of the NRES major.

As your Academic Advisor, I am looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you better while we plan your courses for this fall semester. Once you have completed VSTAR, you will receive an email to schedule a one-on-one virtual meeting with me via Zoom. All of these meetings will take place during the month of June. During this meeting, we will discuss any questions you may have about the program and fall course registration. This meeting is designed for just you, the student, and myself. If your parents have questions, I encourage you all to join us for our Q and A session on June 7th – see details above. I look forward to meeting you soon!

A few things you need to do NOW before your advising appointment.

Once you have completed Module One of VSTAR, you will receive an email to schedule a one-on-one virtual meeting with me via Zoom. All of these meetings will take place during the month of June.
