Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant Research Presentations and Reception

Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant (IISG) is hosting an event on Purdue campus. The goal is for IISG-funded researchers to share results of their work, and for IISG staff and other interested parties to discuss ongoing work, potential for collaboration, and generally learn more about each other. The Purdue Community is welcomed to join for any or all of the 3 hour block. There will be food and refreshments available beginning at 4:30 pm.

The event will begin with lightning presentations from 14 IISG-funded researchers from institutions around both states, including graduate student scholar, faculty scholar, and 2-year research project awardees. Following this, IISG staff will be introduced by Director Tomas Höök, and all will be encouraged to mingle during a reception for IISG staff, funded researchers, IISG advisory committee members, and others from the Purdue community.
