​To expose students to the diversity of agricultural products and practices in the Hawaiian Islands. Students will also be able to experience rich American history.

• Describe similarities and differences between the Midwest and Hawaiian Agricultural production systems
• Identify common Hawaiian agriculture products
• Recognize new perspectives about your own cultural rules and biases
• Discuss Hawaii's culture and history (Indigenous Polynesian)
• Engagement between our students and the University of Hawaii (Manoa)
