Ray Martyn, Department Head of Botany and Plant Pathology at Purdue University, explains how Extension is involved in detecting potential crop and plant biosecurity outbreaks. Martyn also explains the newly developing National Plant Diagnostic Network (NPDN).

Gail Ruhl, Interim Director of the Plant Diagnostic Clinics at Purdue University, explains and shows how to send a plant sample to the Plant and Pest Diagnostic Network.
