Gabriela is a Master Student pursuing Food Chemistry and Sensory Science. She has a
Bachelor in Science in Food Science and Technology and a Minor in Business Ad.
from Texas A&M University. She works in Dr. Liceaga's lab (Protein Chemistry)
working with cricket protein and aspires to work with sustainable food sources
and develop products that will feed tomorrow's world. She has product
development experience from working with Yum Brands in their food innovation
sector for two consecutive summers.
