Sheri provides the lead
support for the daily business office functions for the Food Science
Department. She is responsible for the general administration of the
departmental business functions and acts as the resource/liaison person for
both the department and central offices. Sheri oversees the operations and
supervision of two account clerks, and oversees the approvals for purchasing
and travel documents, manages all sponsored program accounts, monthly payroll and
HR questions. Maintains management of departmental allocation and start-up
projections. She works closely with the business manager, central offices,
faculty and staff on various questions and issues to be resolved.
