IFTC offers training at various levels: Outdoor class

  1. Higher education degrees for students in food science and technology
  2. Short-term /vocational training for researchers, extension personnel, food processing entrepreneurs and farmer training through workshops, seminars and symposia.
  3. Service learning for students. Involves use of students knowledge and skills to address identified community needs
  4. IFTC experts provide entrepreneurial and managerial training to local entrepreneurs in Bamako, Mali to enhance their capacity to participate in the market economy
