Area of Expertise: Landscape Architecture
David earned a bachelor’s of landscape architecture from Virginia Tech and a master of science from the department of landscape architecture at SUNY Environmental School of Forestry (ESF). His research focuses on the use of 3D modeling as a visualization tool for design exploration and public interaction and education while measuring cost benefits of varying levels of detail. David is coming to Purdue from private practice in design firms from NYC and Washington D.C. where he specialized in urban design and urban ecology. He will be teaching the senior urban design studio, computer graphics, and construction documents in the HLA department.
