NACTA Honors Faculty and Graduate Student

The North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA) recognized Purdue ASEC faculty and a graduate student at their annual conference in June 2022.

Dr. Sarah LaRose received the Teacher Educator Award, which recognizes individuals whose efforts represent the very best in agricultural higher education.

Dr. Neil Knobloch received the NACTA Teaching Scholar Award, which recognizes individuals who demonstrate a heavier commitment to NACTA since earning the NACTA Educator Award.

Miranda McGuire received the NACTA Graduate Student Award, which considers the individual’s teaching philosophy, support from supervising faculty, student and administrative evaluations, and a self-evaluation.
