2025 Consumer Food Safety Education Conference

The Food Safety Human Factor lab attended the Consumer Food Safety Education Conference at the Sysco Headquarters on March 13 – 14 in Houston, Texas. This two-day conference brought together food safety professionals and educators from across the state, all dedicated to advancing consumer food safety education. The lab delivered three oral presentations and two poster presentations at the conference, sharing topics ranging from their latest research to extension and outreach programs. It was a wonderful experience for the team to share their work, exchange ideas, and build networks within the food safety community!
