Interviewing

The purpose of an interview between a candidate and a prospective employer is to exchange information. One of the most important things to remember when getting ready for an interview is to relax! You’ve passed the first step of having the basic skills the company is seeking, now they are interested in learning more about what you have to offer and if you are a fit for the organization’s culture. Interviewing is both an art and a science.  Take advantage of the services available through the CCO office, especially mock interviews.
