Development Plan. Make sure to review your PDP

résumé, you will be matched with a faculty or
administrative professional staff member to
guide and support you on your leadership
journey. Then you will need to get familiar with

consistent growth in four or more leadership
skills and attributes.
Participate in a minimum of 20 points worth
of leadership development activites, events, and
experience required to achieve all four
The portfolio, or “scrapbook,” is required to
document your activities and what you learned.
