Mission Statement

The mission of the OMP is to assist the College of Agriculture at Purdue University in reaching strategic goals to become more inclusive and diverse by facilitating processes, programs, and policies that promote social justice and enhance cultural competence for students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni.

Vision Statement

The vision of the OMP is to position the College of Agriculture at Purdue University as a center of excellence that is nationally recognized as a higher education model for its practice, policies, and attitudes in the area of domestic diversity.
