Timeline

July 15 (EXTENDED): Poster abstract deadline (200 word limit) (Indicate any special needs for display) (Send to Marcy Wilson: mwilson09@purdue.edu)

Aug. 1: Announce posters accepted

Sept. 25, 1-4 p.m.: Check in for poster display in Stewart Center Room 214; Hang poster

Sept. 27, 6 p.m.: Have poster removed from poster board

Content of Poster

Heading Information:

  • Title of technology/solution
  •  Name of contact person(s)
  •  Organization
  • Contact information
  •  Photo of presenter (ideal; for ease of identifying at conference)

Abstract​​:​ 200 word limit (abstracts will be made available to all conference attendees)

Other Sections to Include (if possible/applicable) (see section descriptions in required content of Expert Evaluation Application)

  •  Description of Technology/Solution
  • Problem Addressed
  • Changes Needed for Adoption
  • Drivers and Enabling Conditions
  •  Partnerships
  •  Financial Sustainability​

Specifications/Size of Poster Board

  • 4 feet x 6 feet (~1.2 meters x 1.8 meters )
  • Approximate height of 6 feet (~1.8 meters)
  • Pins will be provided to attach paper/materials to poster board

Location, Numbering, and Grouping 

  • Posters will be displayed in conference break rooms (Stewart Center Room 214 and 218)
  • Poster number will be assigned at time of check-in with poster
  •  Posters will be grouped in categories for display​
