July 15 (EXTENDED): Poster abstract deadline (200 word limit) (Indicate any special needs for display) (Send to Marcy Wilson: mwilson09@purdue.edu)
Aug. 1: Announce posters accepted
Sept. 25, 1-4 p.m.: Check in for poster display in Stewart Center Room 214; Hang poster
Sept. 27, 6 p.m.: Have poster removed from poster board

displayed in conference break rooms (Stewart Center Room 214 and 218)
- Poster number
will be assigned at time of check-in with poster
- Posters will be
grouped in categories for display
