Agricultural Economics Distinguished Professor and Department Head Jayson Lusk provided testimony to the U.S. House Committee on Agriculture Subcommittee on Livestock and Foreign Agriculture earlier today. He addressed the issue of “State of the Beef Supply Chain: Shocks, Recovery, and Rebuilding.”

Snyder Memorial Lecture on April 16. The Department of Agricultural Economics’ signature annual event began in 1975 to honor Snyder, a professor and researcher. Department Head Jayson Lusk moderated the discussion.
