 Why I'm an Extension Forage Specialist

 

Research Areas:

Efficient use of resources for the production of livestock products without adverse effects to the environment
Enhancement of ruminant livestock production through evaluation of forages for late autumn, early winter and early spring grazing
Integrating livestock, forage, and fine hardwood production: an agroforestry alternative for sustaining farm productivity
Economic and performance analysis of alternative grazing and pasture renovation systems
Teaching:

Guest lecture forage-related topics in approximately three classes a year
