Research Areas:

  • Applied research with forage and grassland ecology with ruminant animals including goat silvo-pastoral systems and agricultural systems that integrate crops and livestock in a sustainable economic manner
  • The effects of supplementation on forage utilization and animal performance on ruminant animals
  • Assessment of forages for alternative land use for, and impact of, biofuel supply (biomass) to be used as a sustainable system for conservation
  • Sustainable/Organic Cropping Systems in the Sub/ Humid-Tropics
