The priority booking deadline for hotel blocks is February 24 for the Holiday Inn and February 26 for the Hampton Inn & Suites. We recommend booking by February 20 for the guaranteed discounted block rate at either of these hotels. Conference attendees are also free to book other hotels in the West Lafayette area.

VENUES AND PARKING

All conference venues are on or close to Purdue campus, with the exception of the Indiana Agriculture tours on Friday, March 27. If you are concerned about transportation details or parking, reach out to us at agronomygrowshere@purdue.edu. Please note that some parking details are subject to change and will be updated closer to the dates of the conference.

4550 US Highway 52 West, West Lafayette, IN 47906

The Beck Agricultural Center is located at Purdue’s Agronomy Center for Research and Education. It will host early-bird tours, registration, dinner and a speaker, and Ag Olympics for attendees on Thursday, March 26.

Parking: Ample parking is available in front of the Beck Center, on the east side. Additional parking can be found to the northeast of the center.

355 North Martin Jischke Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47907

Commonly known as the CoRec, this venue has a Feature Gym that will host dinner and a speaker, and line dancing on Friday, March 27.

Parking: Parking is free and available after 5 pm in the CoRec parking lot, located just northwest of the building.

915 Mitch Daniels Boulevard, West Lafayette, IN 47907

Lilly Hall is home to Purdue Agronomy and will host the Crops and Soils contests, lunch, Presidents’ Meeting, and speaker sessions on Saturday, March 28.

2501 Old US Highway 231 South, Lafayette, IN 47909

The Outpost will host the closing banquet, keynote speaker, contest awards, and conference closing remarks on Saturday, March 28.

Parking: Ample parking is available in the parking lot directly outside of the banquet facility on the southwest side.
