Summary Report

FACULTY AND EXTENSION SPECIALISTS

When you are finished entering information for the year (or anytime) into any of these screens:
1. USDA Research, Extension, and Programmatic Impacts
2. Learning Events
3. Other Activities
4. Impact Statements
you may run a summary report to compile what you’ve entered. This custom report pulls from all four Digital Measures screens.

Instructions:

From the top navigation, select “Reports.” From the listing, select “Faculty and Extension Specialists - Summary” and then set the date range. Click “Run Report.” This will create a WORD document for your records.

Please do NOT use the Rapid Reports button at the top of the DM screen. It does NOT work for our custom-built reports.

EXTENSION EDUCATORS

Educators may create a summary report to:

  1. Capture overall totals for Learning Events, Other Activities, & Outcomes
  2. List Impact Statements

Instructions:

From the top navigation, select "Reports." From the listing, select "Extension Educators – Summary" and then set the date range. If you are a CED, select your name. Click "Run Report." This will create a WORD document for your records.
