Summary Report

Digital Measures instructions for creating summary reports:

FACULTY AND EXTENSION SPECIALISTS

When you are finished entering information for the year (or anytime) into “USDA Research, Extension, and Programmatic Impacts” or any Extension “Learning Events,” “Other Activities” and “Impact Statements,” you can run a summary report to compile what you’ve entered. This custom report pulls from all four Digital Measures screens.

Instructions:

From the top navigation, select “Reports.” From the listing, select “Faculty and Extension Specialists – Summary” and then set the date range. Click “Run Report.” This will create a WORD document for your records.

EXTENSION EDUCATORS

Educators may create a summary report to:

  1. Capture overall totals for LEARNING EVENTS, OTHER ACTIVITIES, and OUTCOMES
  2. List IMPACT STATEMENTS

Instructions:

From the top navigation, select “Reports.” From the listing, select “Extension Educators – Summary” and then set the date range. If you are a CED, select your name. Click “Run Report.” This will create a WORD document for your records.
