Tree Identification, May 5th BioBlitzThe May 5th BioBlitz results are in: 304 species!

This event to ID species was held at the Weiler-Leopold Nature Reserve/Black Rock Barrens. The taxon list from the FNR and NICHES Land Trust bioblitz at NICHES' Black Rock Barrens and Weiler-Leopold properties can be requested by contacting Steve Kimble, FNR graduate research assistant.

This event organized by Purdue University Forestry and Natural Resources Graduate Student Council was a great success as fish, herps, birds, mammals, insects, trees and plants were identified. Fellowship along with learning identification skills were enjoyed by all.
