Getting Back Into It And Thinking Ahead

Now that it has been a few weeks since classes started and you are getting back into a routine, it may be a good idea to start thinking ahead.  The best way for me to think ahead is to get (and stay) organized.  I religiously use my planner to write down what’s happening weekly, and put in important future dates, like exams and club events. In addition to a planner, I like to keep a small white board somewhere I will always be able to look at it, and write down reminders and small things I need to do that week as reinforcement so I don’t forget. I also like to start thinking of other things that happen each semester, like scheduling for classes.  It may seem a little early to start thinking so far ahead, but before you know it, the semester will be over!

In my experience having a plan for the semester has helped me to feel grounded and like I have an idea of what is going on so I am sure that I can stay on track.
