REGISTRATION
This year, conference registration will take place through the SASES website. Registration is $75 for SASES members and $115 for non-members. Registration opened on February 1 and will close on March 10. See below for step-by-step instructions of how to register for the conference.
Create your account first. Select “create account.”
Fill in all of the required fields and select “Create New Account and Sign In.” You will be prompted to enter a security code.
We ask that all advisors and coaches planning on attending 2026 Spring SASES register for the conference so we can account for their meals, etc. Advisors and coaches are able to register using the same link and instructions as students. If you are a coach or advisor and are unable to log in to the registration website, please reach out and let us know.
During registration, we also ask that all advisors and coaches indicate "I am an advisor/coach" or the equivalent in the "Advisor name and contact" field on the first page.
Once you are logged in, select “Register Online” to enter the registration form.
Ensure “Register me” is checked and select “Start Registration.”
If you are a SASES member, you will automatically be pre-selected for $75 registration. If you are not a member, you will be assigned $115 registration. Double check that your contact information is correct in the lower left, and fill in all the necessary fields. Select “Next Step” to move on.
On the next page, select all tours and contests you plan to attend. Each registrant may only choose one tour on Friday, March 27. Sessions on Thursday, March 26 and Saturday, March 28 do not overlap and can all be selected. Attendees may also choose not to participate in any tours or contests, although we recommend engaging in conference events as much as possible to get the most rewarding SASES experience. Select “Next Step” to move on. (Please note: the National Officers meeting conflicts with Purdue campus tours on Saturday.)
Double check that all of your selections appear on the Registration Summary page. Select “Checkout” to move on.
Enter your information as prompted to complete checkout. You should receive a confirmation message once you are successfully registered for 2026 Purdue Spring SASES. If you have any questions or concerns during the registration process, please contact us.
