Postdoctoral Associate

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in plant pathology, plant science, molecular biology or a related discipline by the time of appointment. Please send CV, a brief description of research experience and interests to Dr. Lei Zhang (leizhang@purdue.edu). 

Graduate Student

Students should contact Dr. Zhang directly, if interested in different aspects of plant nematology, including but not limited to: distribution of nematodes, nematode-plant ineractions, nematology biology, biological control and host resistance. 

Visiting Scholar

If you are a student with a MS degree or doing PhD at another institute, and are interesting in doing research on nematodes, please contact Dr. Zhang with your CV and a brief description of research experience and interests. English tests (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) are NOT required for visiting scholars. Stipends can be provided depending on candidate’s experience.

Undergraduate Student

Purdue undergraduates interested in plant pathology should contact Dr. Zhang to set up an appointment. Students should expect to spend a minimum of six hours per week working on research.
