Business Office

The College of Agriculture Business Office includes departmental business offices, the Employment Center, and the Procurement/Purchasing Center. Our team supports faculty and staff in departments, ensuring compliance with university policies, accurate financial management, responsible stewardship of resources, and efficient administrative support.

Our departmental business offices provide support for faculty and staff in departments. Services include:

  • Account management for grants, general funds, and appropriated funds
  • Distribution and oversight of credit cards (procurement, hospitality, PRF)
  • Fiscal approvals
  • Projections for faculty members
  • Summer payroll and cost distribution/effort reporting (PARs)
  • Department requests, cash handling, wire claims, and recharge billings
  • Travel guidance
