Katricia Sanchez functions as event manager within the Center for Food and Agricultural Business. In this role, she works as a team with a project manager to develop and deliver center programs. Katricia is responsible for managing logistical arrangements pertaining to the center’s conferences, meetings and events. She manages these programs on campus, statewide, nationally and even internationally, depending on the location and needs of her clients.
Katricia’s goals in this position are to provide thorough logistical planning and exceptional support to staff, faculty and participants alike by addressing all inquiries and requests in hopes of facilitating a successful and enriching Purdue learning experience. Katricia also assists with planning the logistical details for the MS-MBA program including admissions, residencies and graduation.
Prior to joining the Center for Food and Agricultural Business, Katricia was an administrative assistant and express meetings manager for the Crowne Plaza at Historic Union Station. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In her free time, Katricia enjoys spending time with her family, attending church conferences, baking and reading.
