About Us
The Boilermaker Butcher Block is a state-inspected meat processing facility and retail store. Our mission is to provide students with a full farm-to-fork experience, giving them hands-on education in the production of premium meat products. All of our products are available in limited quantities based upon the needs of education and research.
Our staff is comprised of Emily Ford, manager, and Laura Kerr, assistant manager, with student employees filling our labor needs. This gives students valuable hands-on experience, which makes them very marketable in the meat industry.

Holiday Gift Boxes Order Form
We are now taking orders for our Holiday Ready-to-Eat Boxes. Please submit the order form or visit in person to place an order. We offer two options — a Small Ready-to-Eat Box and a Large Ready-to-Eat Box — each featuring a variety of products and flavors listed in the order form.
Orders must be placed by Friday, Dec. 19, 2025, and pickup must be completed by Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025. If you would like to order multiple quantities of the same box, please include that information in the comments section or submit an additional order.
