Stephen McBride joined Purdue University in the spring of 2020 as a doctoral student in the Department of Agricultural Sciences Education and Communication. Stephen has three years of professional experience as an auto, home, and life insurance agent for Farm Bureau Insurance in Tennessee. He also has experience working as a herdsman with his father and two older brothers at their family cattle operation, McBride Angus Farms. He has leadership and development experience from his time in the National FFA Organization where he served as the National Southern Region Vice President in 2014-2015.
