About the Boilermaker Butcher Block

The Boilermaker Butcher Block is a state-inspected meat processing facility and retail store. Our mission is to provide students with a full farm-to-fork experience, giving them hands-on education in the production of premium meat products. All of our products are available in limited quantities based upon the needs of education and research. 

Our staff is comprised of Emily Ford, manager, and Laura Kerr, assistant manager, with student employees filling our labor needs.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00 am – 6:30 pm
Saturday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

We are located just inside the Lake O' Lakes Center for Experiential Learning, at 720 Clinic Drive in West Lafayette, IN, which is connected to the Creighton Hall of Animal Sciences. 

Short term parking is available in the drop off circle next to the building or longer term across the street in the Harrison Street parking garage, accessilble with a Purdue permit or hourly fee.
