Cattlemen's Calendar
Bull owners and county beef cattle groups are encouraged to contact IBEP to volunteer to help on weighdays/workdays shown below. Activities usually begin at 9:00 am. Bring a potential cooperator or bull buyer to give them a first-hand look at the bulls, facilities, and the central testing program.

| Mon., September 14 | Off-Test weight, hip height, and scrotal circumference measurement |
| Thurs., September 17 | Breeding Soundness Exams, brand sale bulls; non-sale bulls released pending TB test results |
| Fri., September 18 | Deadline: Parentage verification (sire and dam) and GE-EPD required for sale eligibility |
| Fri., October 2 | Entry deadline for 2026 Winter Test |
