Mr. Mark Straw joined the Egg Board in December 2008.  The Executive Administrator is charged with the overall supervision of the field staff and inspection activities.  The Administrator acts as liaison with other state and Federal agencies, including U. S. Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration.

Ms. Melissa Geiger joined the Egg Board in July 2022.  Melissa is the Assistant to the Executive Administrator working out of the main office in West Lafayette.  She is responsible for the daily business functions of the Egg Board, which includes licensing, audit fee reporting and collection.

Mr. Robert “Bob” Haynes started with the Egg Board in April 2012.  Bob is responsible for the central portion of the state and includes Hamilton, Johnson, and Marion counties.

Ms. Abby Huddleston joined the Egg Board in November 2024. Abby is responsible for the northeastern portion of the state and includes the following 14 counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Elkhart,  Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Marshall, Noble, St. Joseph, Steuben, Wells, Wabash and Whitley.

Mr. Robert “Andie” Mears started working with the Egg Board in February 2010.  Andie is responsible for the northwestern district which consists of the following 8 counties:  Fulton, Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski, and Starke.

Ms. Erin Oatey joined the Egg Board in May 2023.  Erin is responsible for the west-central portion of the state and includes the following 20 counties: Benton, Boone, Cass, Carroll, Clay, Clinton, Fountain, Hendricks, Howard, Miami, Montgomery, Morgan, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren and White.

Ms. Rosemary Tankersley has been with the Egg Board since July, 2025.  Rosemary is responsible for the east central district which consists of the following 22 counties: Bartholomew, Blackford, Dearborn, Decatur, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Grant, Hancock, Henry, Jay, Jefferson, Jennings, Madison, Ohio, Randolph, Ripley, Rush, Shelby, Switzerland, Union and Wayne.
